Through the coordinated control of five motion axes, precision cutting tools can achieve high-precision machining on complex three-dimensional flow channels, completing the full process integration of multiple flange faces, internal flow channels, and installation references in a single setup. For complex flange designs with tees, quads, or up to six ports, the five-axis system ensures the geometric accuracy of each interface and a smooth transition at flow channel intersections through dynamic tool attitude adjustment.

Intelligent Forming of Complex Flow Channels

Facing the machining characteristics of different corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel, alloy steel, and duplex steel, the five-axis CNC employs a fluid dynamics-optimized machining strategy. The intelligent CAM system automatically generates optimized flow channel machining paths based on the flow distribution and pressure loss data of the multi-port flange. By precisely controlling cutting parameters, ideal flow characteristics are achieved while ensuring the smoothness of the flow channels. For interfaces that need to withstand high pressure, the flatness of the sealing surface is controlled within 0.01 mm, and the bolt hole position accuracy reaches ±0.1 mm.

Dual Improvement in Efficiency and Reliability

The five-axis machining center highly integrates the traditional manufacturing process that requires multiple steps and clamping, increasing production efficiency by over 50%. Single clamping ensures the angular accuracy between the flange faces of each interface, with the angle error between adjacent interfaces controlled within ±0.1°, and the coaxiality of each interface controlled within 0.05 mm.

A4: We accept 50% as a payment deposit, when the goods are prepared, we shoot photos or videos for your check, and then you can pay the balance. For small quantities, we accept Paypal, the commission will be added to the order. For big amounts, T/T is preferred.

Q5: How to deliver the goods?

A5: We deliver the products by courier company.

Q6: Are you a trading company or factory?

A6: We are factory direct with 17 experienced engineers and more than 50 employees as well approximate 3,000m2 workshop area.

Q7: What shall we do if we don't have drawings?

A7: Please send your sample to our factory, then we can copy and provide you better solutions. If send us pictures or drafts with dimensions(Length, Height, Width), CAD or 3D file will be made for you.
