Through optimized multi-process collaborative machining strategies and online measurement technology, we ensure that the flatness error of the mounting reference surface does not exceed 0.02mm/100mm, the mounting hole position tolerance is controlled within ±0.02mm, the jaw fit accuracy reaches 0.01mm, and the surface roughness achieves Ra1.6μm.

We select high-quality materials such as 6061-T6 and 7075-T651 aluminum alloys, ADC12 die-cast aluminum, 304 stainless steel, and engineering plastics, combined with advanced surface treatment processes including anodizing, hard anodizing, micro-arc oxidation, powder coating, and electrophoretic coating. Depending on the application requirements: high-end headlight brackets use 7075-T651 with hard anodizing for excellent wear resistance; ordinary models use ADC12 die-cast aluminum with powder coating; corrosion-resistant environments use 304 stainless steel with passivation treatment; and lightweight applications use 6061-T6 with anodizing.
