Depending on the application requirements: 45# steel with tempering is used for heavy-duty equipment flange seats; 40Cr with surface hardening is used for high-load applications; 316 stainless steel with passivation is used in corrosive environments; 7075 aluminum alloy with hard anodizing is used for lightweight applications; and 6061 aluminum alloy with anodizing is used for precision instruments.
