We can process various precision aluminum tube parts with diameters of φ6-φ200mm, wall thicknesses of 0.5-10mm, lengths up to 3000mm, and precision levels reaching ISO 7 or higher. Through optimized multi-process collaborative machining strategies and constant temperature control technology, we ensure that the tube roundness error does not exceed 0.1%D, straightness is controlled within 0.2mm/m, end face perpendicularity reaches 0.02mm, and surface roughness achieves Ra1.6μm.

We select aerospace-grade and industrial-grade aluminum alloys such as 6061-T6, 6063-T5, 5052-H32, 7075-T651, and 2024-T4, combined with advanced surface treatment processes including anodizing, hard anodizing, sandblasting oxidation, powder coating, and coating. Depending on the application environment: aerospace piping uses 7075-T651 with hard anodizing; equipment piping uses 6063-T5 with bright anodizing; medical instrument piping uses 6061-T6 with anodizing sealing; and lightweight automotive structural components use 5052-H32 with sandblasting oxidation.

Advanced Processes Overcome Aluminum Tube Machining Challenges

Aluminum tube parts machining faces technical challenges such as thin-wall deformation control, internal surface finish requirements, and welding quality assurance. We effectively solve these problems through innovative processes: using CNC hydraulic forming and mandrel support technology to control the ellipticity of thin-walled tubes to within 0.3%; applying internal wall polishing and fluid polishing technology to improve the inner surface roughness to Ra0.4μm; and using ultrasonic cleaning to ensure the cleanliness of the inner wall.

A4: We accept 50% as a payment deposit, when the goods are prepared, we shoot photos or videos for your check, and then you can pay the balance. For small quantities, we accept Paypal, the commission will be added to the order. For big amounts, T/T is preferred.

Q5: How to deliver the goods?

A5: We deliver the products by courier company.

Q6: Are you a trading company or factory?

A6: We are factory direct with 17 experienced engineers and more than 50 employees as well approximate 3,000m2 workshop area.
