We are equipped with five-axis processing centers, high-precision CNC lathes and dedicated deep hole processing equipment. We use a dedicated aluminum processing tool system and can process various aluminum barrel parts with diameters ranging from φ5 to φ200mm, lengths within 300mm, wall thicknesses ranging from 0.8 to 15mm, and precision grades up to ISO 5. Through optimized multi-process collaborative processing strategies and constant temperature control technology, we ensure that the coaxiality error of the inner and outer circles does not exceed 0.005mm, the cylindricality of the inner hole is controlled within 0.003mm, the end face runout is 0.002mm, and the surface roughness is achieved at Ra0.4μm.
High-quality aluminum alloy materials and surface treatment
We use aerospace-grade aluminum alloy materials such as 6061-T6, 7075-T651, and 2024-T4, combined with advanced surface treatment processes such as hard anodizing, micro-arc oxidation, black oxidation, and coating. For different application requirements: The precision microscope tube uses 6061-T6 combined with black hard anodizing to eliminate internal reflection light; the camera lens tube selects 7075-T651 combined with matte black oxidation; the astronomical telescope tube uses 6061-T6 combined with coating to reduce friction.

Advanced technology overcomes the processing difficulties of the barrel
The processing of aluminum barrel parts faces technical challenges such as thin-wall deformation control, deep hole accuracy guarantee, and surface finish requirements. We have effectively solved these problems through innovative techniques: using stress release and vacuum adsorption technology to control the roundness of thin-wall parts within 0.005mm; through the combined rolling and honing process to improve the surface roughness of the inner part to Ra0.2μm; and using electrolytic polishing technology to eliminate the processing lines on the inner wall.
