The manufacturing challenge of stainless steel tube parts lies in how to achieve end forming, sidewall opening, irregular cutting, and precision machining of internal and external surfaces while maintaining the original structural strength of the tube. Our five-axis linkage CNC machining center, through multi-axis coordinated motion and a dedicated tube clamping system, can directly machine complex tube structures with precision end faces, side interfaces, irregular windows, and internal and external threads from standard stainless steel tubes.

We have established a complete quality control system from material selection, process design, precision machining to finished product inspection. Based on application requirements, we carefully select high-quality seamless or welded stainless steel pipes such as 304, 316L, and 321. Each batch of materials undergoes rigorous spectral analysis and mechanical property testing. During the production process, we utilize high-precision coordinate measuring machines, endoscopic inspection systems, roughness testers, and airtightness testing equipment to comprehensively inspect the pipe fittings' inner and outer diameter tolerances, wall thickness uniformity, surface quality, and sealing performance.

Innovative Processes and Pipe Processing Technologies

To address the specific requirements of stainless steel pipes, we have developed several innovative processes: 1) Precision pipe end forming technology enables various end processing such as flaring, necking, flanging, and flange forming, with dimensional accuracy up to ±0.02mm; 2) Multi-angle pipe wall opening technology uses five-axis linkage to process precision hole systems at any position on the pipe wall, with hole position accuracy up to ±0.01mm; 3) Inner surface mirror polishing technology achieves ultra-high surface finish with Ra below 0.1μm, significantly reducing fluid resistance and residue risk.

A4: We accept 50% as a payment deposit, when the goods are prepared, we shoot photos or videos for your check, and then you can pay the balance. For small quantities, we accept Paypal, the commission will be added to the order. For big amounts, T/T is preferred.

Q5: How to deliver the goods?

A5: We deliver the products by courier company.

Q6: Are you a trading company or factory?

A6: We are factory direct with 17 experienced engineers and more than 50 employees as well approximate 3,000m2 workshop area.

Q7: What shall we do if we don't have drawings?

A7: Please send your sample to our factory, then we can copy and provide you better solutions. If send us pictures or drafts with dimensions(Length, Height, Width), CAD or 3D file will be made for you.

Q8: Can we get some samples before mass production?

Q9: Will my drawings be safe after sending them to you?

A9: Yes, we will keep them well and won't release them to the third party without your permission.

We strictly control every step from design drawings to finished product delivery. Select high-quality aluminum alloy materials such as 6061 and 7075 to ensure that the parts have excellent strength, lightweight, and corrosion resistance. Our processing accuracy can reach ± 0.01mm, which can perfectly meet the requirements of complex structures, precise hole positions, and high standard surface treatments (such as anodizing, sandblasting, conductive oxidation, etc) .

For surface treatment, our suppliers have been cooperating with us for many years. They have rich experience and are familiar with each other's quality requirements.
