Traditional machining methods struggle to accurately shape continuously changing curves in three-dimensional space, especially when dealing with the high strength and work-hardening properties of stainless steel. Our five-axis linkage CNC machining center is equipped with a dedicated stainless steel cutting system and intelligent machining software, enabling precise milling of cylindrical cams, end-face cams, and spherical cams directly based on motion equations or 3D models. By optimizing toolpaths and cutting parameters, we ensure that the lift error, return accuracy, and transition surface smoothness of each cam profile meet micron-level control standards, perfectly reproducing the motion laws required by the design.

Full-Process Performance Verification System

We have established a closed-loop quality control system encompassing motion simulation analysis, material selection, process formulation, and finished product testing. During the development phase, we utilize dynamics software to simulate and analyze the cam-follower system, optimizing the profile curves to reduce impact and wear. During production, we employ high-precision profile measuring instruments, 3D optical scanning systems, surface hardness testers, and dedicated durability testing platforms to comprehensively inspect the actual profile, surface quality, hardness distribution, and dynamic performance of the cams. This system ensures that every stainless steel cam possesses precise, stable, and low-noise transmission performance.

Material Advantages and Surface Strengthening

We select high-performance stainless steels such as 304, 316, and 17-4PH to manufacture our cams. These materials not only provide excellent corrosion resistance but also achieve ideal comprehensive mechanical properties through subsequent heat treatment. For high-wear applications, we offer surface nitriding, PVD coating, or special alloy welding strengthening processes, significantly improving the hardness and fatigue resistance of the working surface. Q6: Are you a trading company or factory?
