Complete Process Control System

We have established a complete process chain, from materials science and structural design to precision machining and surface finishing. In material selection, we are not only proficient in traditional precious metals but also adept at handling modern watchmaking materials such as titanium alloys and ceramics. During production, we employ nanoscale measurement systems, optical profilometers, and vacuum environment processing technology to control the dimensional accuracy, flatness, roundness, and microscopic surface quality of the bezel throughout the entire process. Especially for complex lug structures and the connection between the lugs and the case, our multi-process collaborative machining solution ensures assembly accuracy down to 0.01 millimeters.

We have mastered more than twenty advanced surface treatment technologies, including mirror polishing, satin brushing, and sandblasting. Through innovative multi-material composite processing technology, we can achieve precise bonding of multiple materials such as metal and ceramics on a single bezel. For sports watches, our developed ultra-hard coating technology gives the bezel surface a hardness of over 2000 HV, greatly improving its wear resistance; while for dress watches, our hand-polishing process achieves a perfect mirror-like shine.

A4: We accept 50% as a payment deposit, when the goods are prepared, we shoot photos or videos for your check, and then you can pay the balance. For small quantities, we accept Paypal, the commission will be added to the order. For big amounts, T/T is preferred.

Q5: How to deliver the goods?

A5: We deliver the products by courier company.

Q6: Are you a trading company or factory?

A6: We are factory direct with 17 experienced engineers and more than 50 employees as well approximate 3,000m2 workshop area.

Q7: What shall we do if we don't have drawings?

A7: Please send your sample to our factory, then we can copy and provide you better solutions. If send us pictures or drafts with dimensions(Length, Height, Width), CAD or 3D file will be made for you.

Q8: Can we get some samples before mass production?

Q9: Will my drawings be safe after sending them to you?

A9: Yes, we will keep them well and won't release them to the third party without your permission.

We strictly control every step from design drawings to finished product delivery. Select high-quality aluminum alloy materials such as 6061 and 7075 to ensure that the parts have excellent strength, lightweight, and corrosion resistance. Our processing accuracy can reach ± 0.01mm, which can perfectly meet the requirements of complex structures, precise hole positions, and high standard surface treatments (such as anodizing, sandblasting, conductive oxidation, etc) .

For surface treatment, our suppliers have been cooperating with us for many years. They have rich experience and are familiar with each other's quality requirements.
