We use high-precision molds and a multi-cavity hot runner injection molding system to ensure dimensional consistency and weight stability in every batch. After injection molding, constant-temperature aging treatment releases internal stress, ensuring long-term dimensional stability. For applications requiring higher precision, we offer CNC secondary machining to ensure that key mating dimensions such as hole diameters and keyways are controlled within ±0.02mm, and that the tooth profile or paddle contour accuracy meets transmission requirements.

We strictly control every step from design drawings to finished product delivery. Select high-quality aluminum alloy materials such as 6061 and 7075 to ensure that the parts have excellent strength, lightweight, and corrosion resistance. Our processing accuracy can reach ± 0.01mm, which can perfectly meet the requirements of complex structures, precise hole positions, and high standard surface treatments (such as anodizing, sandblasting, conductive oxidation, etc) .
