One-time Full Thread Forming Technology: Unlike traditional turning threading, five-axis CNC uses cyclone milling or thread milling processes, achieving high-precision thread forming in a single operation through multi-axis linkage between the tool and the workpiece. This method not only ensures the integrity of the thread profile but also achieves excellent surface finish through continuous cutting, significantly improving the thread's fatigue life.

Integrated machining of complex heads: For bolts requiring special drive structures or irregular head designs, the multi-angle machining capabilities of five-axis CNC enable seamless integration of complex geometric features. The tool approaches the workpiece from different directions, completing the precision machining of all head features in a single setup, ensuring absolute coaxiality between the head and the screw.
